Which bands work in my area?
A cellular phone's band is the frequency in megahertz on witch it operates. Band options are as follows:-Quadband GSM 850/900/1800/1900 :Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand-Triband GSM 900/1800/1900:Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand-Dualband GSM 900/1800 Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, New Zealand and Australia


Has my order shipped?
Once an order has been fulfilled, an email will be notifying the customer for the expected arrival date, and your package tracking information.


How do I track my order?
After you have placed an order at PriceDrop, we will email you the order detail and order status. You may also check the order status and details online.

We will keep you updated on your orders. Every time when the status of your order has been updated, you will be notified by email from our customer service representatives.

If your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You may also find the tracking number online in the Order Tracking History together with the respecting shipping partner. Click on the name of the shipping partner (e.g. Fedex), it will then lead you to their online tracking page. Input the tracking number to get the most updated information of your package.


How do I return my Product?
Any item, for any reason, returned to PriceDrop requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Contact PriceDrop to acquire an RMA Number.
